Aussie, the trade board of Australian lamb and beef ranchers, tasked us with creating an exclusive experience to showcase their products to the US hospitality trade. Our solution was a 3-night culinary and cultural experience hosted at Gravitas in Washington DC. Collaborating with the True Aussie head chef, our team designed an immersive and sensorial True Aussie experience, bringing Aussie Beef and Lamb to life through participatory “Masterclass” tasting journeys. Each evening featured a 4-course meal crafted with hands-on demos and tutorials, infused with the sights, sounds, and smells of Australia.
